Research interests
I am interested in innate antiviral immune response against infectious diseases such as respiratory syncytial virus and parainfluenza virus.
My research focuses on:
- Spatial dynamics of innate responses to primary infection by different viruses and how the primary virus influence a secondary challenge by homologous and heterologous viruses.
- How temporal activation of cytokines and chemokines regulates an innate antiviral response to secondary virus in human epithelial cells.
